Dean Gribble
Founder & OwnerWith 10 years in coffee, Dean has spent plenty of time behind the machine - so starting Espresso Ayla felt like a fairly natural (and slightly ambitious) next step. He’s the one behind the coffee and the business.
With his family at the heart of everything he’s created, Dean is passionate about providing top quality coffee and visitor experience.
Josie Gribble
Behind the scenes Along with her own career, parenting and now the occasional Espresso Ayla mission, Josie helps keep things moving behind the scenes.
Whether it’s planning, prepping or jumping in at an event, she’s the extra pair of hands when needed and the voice of reason when things get a little hectic.
